What a lovely day and what lovely local folks!
We couldn't have timed the salon opening much better. A number of weeks ahead of our first day, we were sat over a Sunday cocktail at The Pembroke Arms (if you've not visited, it's a must!) and hatched a plan to communicate our arrival and support the Wilton Carnival, in tandem.
So, we did!
We spoke to so many very wonderful people! Supported by girls, I handed-out some lovely goodie-bags with branded merchandise and some gifts from Maria Nila.
I've added some pictures, here and dotted around my site, of the day.
We were a Gold Sponsor for the event and also held a little prize draw and did our part in raising a few hundred pounds for the various charities we were supporting - Wilton Food Bank, Able Hands and Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis.
It's such a privilege to be able to support local and such important organisations that really do make a huge difference to people's lives and living.
We offered a Maria Nila gift set and a free service, any of your choice, for you and up to 2 family members or friends in our salon!
The lucky winner will be announced, in a later post...
